Turn-buckle
Let NPI solutions solve your PCB clamping problems. Our turnbuckles are designed and moulded to the highest standards. All turnbuckles are moulded in Fortron and are designed to withstand high temperatures found in solder processes, including lead free. Our turnbuckles use our SCREW LOC system. As the screw cuts its own thread in the pillar, it will not vibrate slack during the processes as buckles with metal inserts do. Buckles are designed to be located in a rectangular pocket to give an ON / OFF action.
Turnbuckles are supplied complete with screw, spring and core. Free hand tool with initial orders is available on request.

Component clamps
Let NPI solutions solve your component clamping problems. Our component clamps are designed and moulded to the highest standards. All clamps are moulded in Fortron and are designed to withstand high temperatures found in solder processes, including lead free. Our clamps use our SCREW LOC system. As the screw cuts its own thread in the pillar, it will not vibrate slack during the processes as clamps with metal inserts do.
Clamps range from 30mm to 80mm reach between the centre of the screw and the centre of the pad. Clamps are supplied with screw, spring and pillar.

Clip moulded in Fortron and designed to withstand high temperatures found in reflow processes.
Low profile clips are supplied, complete with screw, spring and M4 nyloc nut.
